Although Pipers Corner only opened its doors in July 2017 the pub, through its owners connections with the GAA in Dublin, has already established itself as a popular match day venue for patrons travelling to and from Croke Park.
All-Ireland weekends have been particularly memorable in Pipers with supporters, players, management and pundits stopping by to celebrate this wonderful national occasion.
Even in December 2020 an organised crowd convened in Pipers to toast Dublin footballers sixth All-Ireland final on the trot, a memorable night which helped keep the flame alive in the most extraordinary circumstances.
Now with restrictions on attendance at matches in Croke Park finally ended we look forward with great relish to the 2022 season when we can welcome the GAA faithful back in numbers once again.
The GAA has done a wonderful job to keep our games going throughout the two years of the public health crisis. We can’t wait to celebrate those games in 2022 along with the great players and the GAA community. See you back in Pipers!
